The Weslaco Museum together with the Bullock Texas State History Museum in Austin brings you a powerful exhibition about human trafficking. This exhibit will remain in the gallery of the museum until October 1, 2022. Video testimonies of real-life survivors of sexual, labor, child, and human trafficking will be projected in the gallery. With current events of humans transported in freight vehicles being left to perish in the Texas heat, the Weslaco Museum feels that this exhibit is timely and expresses the dangers of being victimized.
